School life at Krish Elite, a play school in ECIL, is full of activities children genuinely enjoy: hands-on classroom tasks, outdoor games, art and music, and festivals the whole school celebrates together. Here is what a day, and a year, looks like for our children.
No two days at Krish Elite are exactly alike. One day children might sort and count objects, the next they might paint, build or act out a story together. What stays the same is how they learn: by trying things, talking about them and doing them again. Teachers plan each day so there is always something to touch, something to listen to and something to move around in.
Five words guide how we plan every day. Children play first, explore what interests them, create something, learn from it, and grow a little more confident each time.
● Play
● Explore
● Create
● Learn
● Grow
The details change with the age group, but the order of the day stays familiar, because young children feel secure when they know what comes next. For age-wise details, see our programs
Children arrive, put their bags away and move into free play. Teachers greet each child by name and use this time to notice who needs a little extra reassurance.
Class sits together for rhymes, a story and a short talk about the day ahead. It is the first chance of the day to listen, speak and take turns.
Running, climbing and group games give children room to move, which young bodies need as much as quiet time. Outdoor play also builds coordination and teamwork.
A break for hand-washing and food, then rest for the younger children and quiet activities such as books and puzzles for the older ones.
The day winds down with art, music, pretend play or a hands-on activity linked to what the class has been exploring. Children tidy up together and share one thing they enjoyed. Children in daycare stay on after the school session with supervised play and quiet time. Read more about our daycare
Celebrations are part of how children learn at Krish Elite. Each one gives them something to take part in, make or perform, and a reason to work together.
Children learn about traditions, colours and music, and celebrate together with their classmates.
Active games and friendly challenges build teamwork, coordination and confidence, and teach children to win and lose graciously.
Simple activities help children notice plants, water and the world around them, and learn to look after it.
On national occasions, age-appropriate activities help children understand what the day is about, without making it heavy.
Music, dance and performances give every child a chance to take part and be seen, at their own comfort level.
Age-appropriate activities introduce sharing, helping and caring for others, so kindness becomes a habit and not just a lesson.
Beyond letters and numbers, the school day leaves children with things that last. To see how this fits our curriculum, read how we teach

The day moves from arrival and free play to circle time, outdoor and movement play, a break for food and rest, and a closing activity where children create something and share it. Details change with the age group, but the order stays familiar so children always know what comes next.
Mostly hands-on ones: sorting, building, art, music, pretend play, outdoor games and group activities. Children also take part in sports and fun games, nature and environment activities, and celebrations through the year.
We celebrate festivals and national occasions with age-appropriate activities. The year also includes sports and games, nature and environment activities, an annual and cultural program, and activities about kindness and community. Ask us when you visit about what is planned this year.
Yes. Outdoor and movement play is part of the day, with running, climbing and group games that build coordination and teamwork.
Teachers notice which children need a little extra reassurance and give them time and a small role before a bigger one. Events such as our cultural programs let every child take part at their own comfort level.
Children learn through play. Letters, numbers and new words are introduced through hands-on activities, once a child has used the materials and has something real to connect them to. We follow the Kreedo early childhood curriculum.
